Adaptation Training for First-Year Students
Theme: “Hello, Group — It’s Me!”
In September, adaptation training sessions for first-year students were held at the Higher College of the Eurasian Humanities Institute. The main goal of these sessions was to help students adapt to their new learning environment, build trust and mutual support, and develop effective communication within the group.
The college psychologist, Nazym Erzhanovna, conducted interactive sessions titled “Hello, Group — It’s Me!”. Through engaging activities and group games, students got to know each other, learned to express themselves openly, and built a sense of unity and respect.
The trainings took place in a warm and friendly atmosphere where every participant could feel part of the team and share their thoughts freely. Students noted that the event helped them get to know their classmates better, improve communication, and gain confidence in the new invironment
Such events contribute to the successful adaptation of first-year students and the formation of a favorable psychological climate at the educational institution
