Training in Action: Behavior Correction and Inclusion
Recently, our institution held a training session on effective methods of behavior correction for children with autism and other developmental differences. The workshop was based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), which help children overcome barriers and smoothly integrate into the general education process.
What was discussed:
• Identifying the causes of undesirable behavior and developing strategies for correction.
• Teaching children to express their needs in socially acceptable ways.
• Approaches that help maintain motivation and encourage desired behaviors.
The value of the training: This knowledge is beneficial not only for specialists but for anyone working with children, as it helps create a safe and supportive environment where every child feels comfortable and can develop.
