First professional practice

During the internship, our students get a unique opportunity to get to know our capital better, use their communication skills, develop their communicative competence and gain extensive experience in intercultural communication, which they will need in their professional activities.

Thus, second-year students of the specialty “Translation Studies” and bachelors of the specialty “Translation Studies” undergo industrial practice in the National Museum of Republic of Kazakhstan, The Library of the First President, the unique ethno-memorial complex «Atameken», in the museum of S. Seifullin, in the Palace of Peace and Reconciliation, as well as in the «Bayterek Astana» Monument.  All these objects are popular among tourists, they are visited by guests from all over the world. And therefore, this is a unique opportunity for our students to improve their professional skills during their internship.
