Improving the level of students’ knowledge in the field of entrepreneurship

The Center for Student Entrepreneurship HUB “ENTREPRENEUR plus EAGI”, whose goal is to form an entrepreneurial culture, increase the level of students’ knowledge in the field of entrepreneurial activity, continued its work this academic year.
On September 27, 2021, at the Pedagogical Council, students demonstrated the first results of their work on entrepreneurship and held master classes for teachers in the following areas of the creative economy:
1. “Decorative and applied”, for students of the specialty “Preschool education and training” focused on improving professional and practical knowledge, developing creative thinking, revealing entrepreneurial abilities and selling their products. This direction is carried out under the guidance of a teacher of special disciplines Sembina S.A.
2. “Printing services”, a professional direction that provides all types of printed products for students and college staff, and also works with external customers. Students of the specialty “Information systems” under the guidance of Baimukhanbetova G.Kh. implement these services.
3. “Music platform”. Students of the specialty “Jurisprudence” under the guidance of Alpisova Zh.K. demonstrated their skills in processing and creating musical works and ways to implement them through social networks.
As part of the implementation of a joint project with Capital City College Group UK and with the support of NCE Atameken and the British Council, the EAGI College purchased 300 pounds for the successful operation of a HUB 3D printer and a flatbed thermal press.
